Once the contract is signed, our team begins the same day. We start with professional photography, careful curation, and the organization of each space to prepare for a successful sale.
3. Beautiful Presentation
We take pride in creating clean, boutique-inspired environments that allow items to shine. Our staging approach transforms your estate into a curated experience for buyers.
4. Strategic Marketing
Your sale is promoted across multiple social media platforms, estate sale websites, email lists, and local networks. Our marketing is designed to attract the right buyers and drive strong attendance and engagement.
5. Transparent Pricing & Execution

Client Intake & Verification Policy
At X Estate Sales, our mission is to provide a smooth, transparent, and secure selling experience for every client. To ensure accuracy, protect our clients, and uphold the integrity of our company, we follow a clear verification process before accepting any items for sale.
Below are the guidelines we use with all incoming clients and estate inquiries.
1. In-Person Item Review (Required)
We must view all items in person before entering into a sales agreement. This allows us to:
Photos are helpful for initial conversations but cannot replace an in-person review.
2. Items Must Be Located Within Los Angeles County
For logistical and security reasons, X Estate Sales only represents items that are physically located within Los Angeles County at the time of intake.
We do not accept shipments from out-of-state or international locations.
3. No Upfront Fees or Payments
X Estate Sales will never request or pay:
All client payouts are issued after the successful completion of a sale, according to our standard payout timeline.
4. Additional Items Disclosure
To prepare an accurate plan and maximize your results, we ask that clients inform us if there are any additional items beyond the initial photos or list. This helps us evaluate the full scope of the sale and recommend the most effective approach.
5. Transparent Communication
We believe in clear and honest communication throughout the entire process. All timelines, expectations, and sale options will be discussed during the in-person review so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
X Estate Sales respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients. Any information shared with us — including photos, item details, property access, personal data, or conversations regarding your estate — is used solely for evaluating, planning, and conducting your sale.
We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party without explicit permission, except where required by law. All items, personal circumstances, and property details discussed during consultations are kept strictly confidential.
